Shipping Policy


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to street addresses in the United States, including APOs and FPOs, as well as Canada. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. For international shipping, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-863-BAJA (2252).

Split Shipments

For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order together. This is not always possible due to availability of the parts. When it is not possible to ship your entire order together, we will split the order and ship each part as it becomes available. Split shipments will not result in any additional shipping charges. At this time, we do not offer the option to hold all items for same time delivery.

Shipment Delivery Time

Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days from date of order being processed, not including standard business holidays. All orders are processed once payment has been received or credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow for up to (14) fourteen business days for delivery to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

If an item should be out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via email.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order and the distance shipped. Shipping charges are not affected by items shipped in multiple boxes.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call Baja Motorsports Customer Service at 1-888-863-BAJA (2252) to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Shipping Refunds

Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a part sent to you in error, a defective part, or an order damaged in shipping. This refund will be in the form of a refund check mailed to your address on file once we receive and inspect the part. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs may be prorated. Please see the Returns Policy for further details.

We will also pay for return shipping for a part that was sent to you in error, received defective, damaged in shipping, or has failed under warranty. Details can be found in the Returns Policy. If you believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at service@bajamotorsports.net or call us at 1-888-863-BAJA (2252) before attempting to return the part. COD shipments will not be accepted.


Return Policy


General Guidelines

All parts returns must include a Parts Return Form, available here. Failure to include a parts return form may prevent the refund from being processed.

It is not necessary to call Baja Motorsports to get an authorization for a return.

Return any new and unused part to us within 30 days of the original ship date and we will refund the full purchase price, less shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. For exceptions to shipping and handling charges, please see below.

Baja Motorsports will only issue refunds by check mailed to the customer address we have on file. Refund processing can take up to 30 days from receipt of returned merchandise. For refund status inquiries, please email service@bajamotorsports.net or call Customer Service at 1-888-863-BAJA (2252).

We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part.

We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.

Items incorrectly shipped to Baja Motorsports will not be returned to the customer.

Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise and shipping costs. This amount may be less than original payment based on condition of return.

Parts Damaged in Shipping, Parts Received Defective, and Parts Sent in Error

We will provide a replacement or refund for any such item returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

If you choose a refund for the part, we will refund your shipping and handling expenses for a part sent to you in error, received defective, or damaged in shipping. This refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the part. Please see the Shipping Refunds section for details. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.

If you choose to exchange the part for a duplicate, you will not be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the replacement part. Shipping and handling charges on the original part will be applied to the replacement; they will not be refunded. Exchanges for unlike parts require a refund and new purchase.

We will also pay for return shipping to Baja Motorsports for a part sent to you in error, received defective, or damaged in shipping. If you believe you qualify and want Baja Motorsports to pay for return shipping, you must email us at service@bajamotorsports.net or call us at 1-888-863-BAJA (2252) before attempting to return the part. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Returning Parts to Baja Motorsports

Merchandise must be in original condition when returned to us. Include all original material sent with the merchandise.

Return the product in the original box and/or packaging. Repack the part in the original shipping box with the original packing materials and any materials sent with the merchandise. Substitute comparable shipping materials if necessary.

A Parts Return form must be included with the returned merchandise. The form is available here. Failure to include this form may prevent any refund from being processed.

Remove or mark through all old shipping labels on the outside of the box.

Ship all returns to Returns Department, Baja Motorsports, PO Box 61150, Phoenix, AZ 85082 via U.S. Postal Service or a similar carrier that will deliver to a US Post Office box. All returns must be sent prepaid; no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Please insure the shipment for the full value to protect against loss.

Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise, Baja Motorsports will provide a refund, as appropriate. Shipping and handling costs will also be refunded at that time, if applicable. See Shipping Refunds section above for additional details.
