Emission Warranty Duration - All Baja Motorsports Manufactured Year 06, Manufactured Year 07 and Manufactured Year 08 Vehicles
As a reminder: Baja Motorsports will honor the emission control system warranty for all Baja Motorsports products for 60 Months after the initial purchase of the vehicle or 12,000km, whichever comes first, other than when first delivered to an Authorized Dealer, provided there has been no abuse, neglect or improper maintenance. A copy of the Baja Inc. Emission Control System Warranty is attached. This warranty covers all model years of Baja Motorsports vehicles that are equipped with the factory emission control system. Where a warrantable condition exists, the Distributor will repair the vehicle at no cost to the purchaser, including diagnosis, parts and labor. If an emission-related part on the vehicle is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by the Distributor. If for any reason a consumer was previously denied warranty repair on the emission control system for a Baja Motorsports Product, please notify Baja Motorsports so that we may revisit the claim and address accordingly. These cases are eligible for reimbursement of labor and part costs if warrantable conditions were present.
