Baja Mspt. VIN# 
A 17-digit identification number beginning with the letter L. This number is usually found somewhere on the frame and either stamped in the frame or on a VIN number plate applied to the frame.

CUSTOMER SAFETY INFORMATION AND WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM

This form and the owner’s manual contain vital safety information. You must review the warnings and verify that you have read and understand each warning by placing your initials on the line beside it. Failure to obey these warnings and warnings and instructions in the owner’s manual could result in death or severe bodily injury.

 FAILURE TO OBEY THESE WARNINGS COULD RESULT IN DEATH OR SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY.

Always read the owners manual carefully and follow the operating procedures described and pay special attention to the warnings contained in the manual and on all labels.
Never allow children under 6 years old to operate an ATV. Never allow youngsters to ride an ATV that is larger than recommended for their age group.
Never allow children under 10 years old (14 Years in some Canadian Provinces) to operate an Adult Sized ATV. Never allow youngsters to ride an ATV that is larger than recommended for their age group.
Never allow children under 16 years old to operate an Adult Sized ATV. Only persons over age 16 should operate Adult Sized ATV’s
Never allow anyone to operate an ATV before they read and understand the owner’s manual.
Never allow an ATV to be driven on a public road of any kind, even dirt or gravel one because you may not be able to avoid colliding with other vehicles. Also, operating on a public road may be against the law.
Never let a child (under 16) ride ANY ATV without close adult supervision. ATV’s are not toys. Not all children have the strength, size, skill, or judgment needed to operate the Vehicle safely. Abide by age restrictions.
Never allow more than one person to ride an ATV. A passenger may upset the balance of the ATV and cause it to go out of control.
Never allow an adult to supervise a child operator after the adult has consumed alcohol or drugs. No one should operate an ATV while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Never operate an ATV without proper safety equipment such as a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing described in the manual.
Never operate an ATV on unsafe terrain or at excessive speeds.
Never operate the ATV on pavement. It is not designed to be used on paved surfaces and may be difficult to control.
Never perform stunts such as wheelies, jumps or other stunts.
